When mold is present in a crawlspace, it circulates throughout your home whether it is through the vents or through cracks/crevices in the floor. The best interior solution is an encapsulated crawlspace with drain tile waterproofing, a sump pump, and a dehumidifier to keep moisture levels down.
Low spots in floors upstairs?
When you have an uneven floor upstairs we can install adjustable posts secured to your floor joists, and level things out for you. You may notice cracks in the drywall upstairs, or dips in the floor. This can be from floor joists that have rotted or failed over the years. We can support or replace those joists, and then lift back up to desired elevation using hydraulics.
